Self-Determination
Helping individuals direct their own services and supports.
Self-Determination services support individuals who choose to direct their own services, budgets, and life plans. Through this model, participants take an active role in shaping the supports they receive while maintaining control over decisions that impact their daily lives. Our team provides guidance, education, and coordination to ensure each person feels confident navigating their options and building a plan aligned with their personal goals.

Crisis Support
Short-term assistance during periods of increased need.
Crisis Support services provide timely, structured assistance during periods of heightened stress, behavioral challenges, or unexpected life disruptions. Our team works closely with individuals and families to stabilize situations, reduce risk, and restore a sense of safety and routine. Support is designed to be responsive, practical, and focused on helping individuals regain balance while maintaining dignity and respect.
