Supported Living Staff
Supported Living roles involve providing ongoing, hands-on support to individuals in their own homes. Staff assist with daily living tasks while promoting independence, stability, and a safe, supportive environment tailored to each participant’s needs and goals.
What you’ll do in this role
Working in Supported Living Services means supporting individuals in their home environment with day-to-day routines and responsibilities. Staff provide consistent, personalized support while encouraging independence, skill development, and a high quality of life.
Key responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
- Support medication routines and health-related needs as required
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and comfortable home environment
- Assist with grocery shopping, meal planning, and household management
- Provide transportation support and accompany individuals to appointments or community activities
- Encourage independence while offering appropriate levels of support
- Document daily activities and communicate with the support team as needed
